 Cool and Tasty Summer Coleslaw

Ingredients:
1/3 C. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
2 C. coarsely chopped cabbage
½ C. shredded carrots
¼ C. chopped green pepper
¼ C. finely chopped celery

Directions:
Combine yogurt, vinegar, and honey in a large bowl. Stir until smooth. Add vegetables and mix well.  Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Drain liquid before serving. (Serves 4)
